About this house rental
Located at the end of the Rhuys peninsula, Arzon is a town cradled between the Gulf of Morbihan and the Atlantic Ocean.
With its 30 kilometers of coastline, steep on one side and with large sandy beaches on the other, the town will seduce you with its many assets:
Beautiful landscapes, superb beaches, numerous hiking and biking trails, nature, entertainment and activities are also on the agenda, many events throughout the year.
Lovers of the sea and boats you will be delighted, the port of Crouesty is one of the largest European marina with 1600 boats.
this neo-Breton style house, recently completely renovated, open to the outside and to the Gulf of Morbihan thanks to its large openings, will make you want to put your bags down for a few days to several weeks, in order to discover the region.
With the phenomenon of the tides, the awakening will be different each morning.
It is a 120 m2 house with a large garden at the front of the Morbihan gulf with a small beach accessible 1 minute away on foot. It has a large living room with open kitchen, a veranda overlooking the gulf allowing you to take meals, a bedroom on the ground floor with a double sofa bed overlooking the garden, a bathroom bath with shower and WC,
upstairs, a large master bedroom with small private terrace and staircase descending into the garden, a shower and toilet in the bedroom,
another double bedroom with a double bed overlooking the Gulf, another with bunk beds overlooking the garden, as well as a bathroom with bath and WC.
cleaning is extra payable locally: 90 euros (not optional)
household linen is optional:
17 euros / double bed, 13 euros / single bed
towels / gloves and tea towels: 10 euros / person
deposit on arrival: 1000 euros not cashed

Maison avec vue superbe sur le golfe .très bien équipée .contact très sympa .le seul petit bémol la literie du bas et le ménage obligatoire autrement tout est parfait .je recommande vivement

Excellent séjour. Maison très agréable, superbe vue sur le golfe et région magnifique. Par contre le ménage laisse à désirer et le canapé déplié du bas ne peut être considéré comme un vrai couchage pour 2 personnes tant il est inconfortable. Accueil limité au strict minimum, nous n’avons pas vu la gérante.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre ami(e)s dans cette maison avec une vue magnifique sur le golf du Morbihan.
Gros bémol sur le ménage qui n'est vraiment pas nickel malgré le prix élevé et surtout obligatoire pour cette prestation.
