Armando il proprietario molto amichevole e disponibile. Vantaggioso accesso e uscita libera dalla struttura senza doversi attenere a orari restrittivi di rientro. Bar sottocasa comodo che però chiude abbastanza presto quindi non c'è rumore e disturbo la notte. Convenzione con il bar per la colazione (cornetto e succo o simili inclusi) in alternativa è disponibile una cucina con possibilità di prepararsi le cose in autonomia. C'è anche un piccolo/medio supermercato vicinissimo alla struttura se fosse necessario.
