I couldn’t even imagine waking up to such a beautiful view! The location couldn’t be better if you travel by car, as it is in the safe distance from ZTL and yet close enough to walk to the historical centre of the town. I would stay there forever!

The woman who checked us in was very friendly. The room was nice, clean, quite. Location was good - just outside of the main gate to town. I don't think there was an air conditioner but it was fine for us; just be aware. I would stay here again if in the area

This property is a Tuscan dream - it's close enough to the beautiful San Gimignano without being bang in the middle of the hustle and bustle, has a nice garden, convenient parking facilities, and views from the garden that are typical of the picturesque Tuscan countryside that is often spoken about but definitely not overrated. Cristina is a charming easy-going host, friendly and helpful. It is a very convenient place if you have a rental car or your own car. Good value-for-money.
It's a bit restrictive with the check-in times, but regardless, you may not want to arrive very late when it's dark given the windy roads leading to San Gimignano, especially if you're not very familiar with the area. Also, the check-in times are clearly stated in the description.

A wonderful place to stay, quiet location with amazing panoramic views and yet only 5 mins walk from the stunning, walled city of San Gimignano and fairly close to an off road, attractive section of the Via Francigena.
Cristina was a very friendly host, she communicated efficiently in advance of our arrival and even let us in early.
Well equipped, comfortable, very clean and spacious - we stayed for 3 nights and loved it.
We were very happy with it.
