Lake Front apartment for 4 people with stunning lake view covered terrasse and pool!
The apartment is located in a small residential complex with pool right on Punta Gro beach in Sirmione and offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a beautiful living area overlooking Lake Garda and access to the 15m² covered living terrace with great BBQ and Outdoor dining area.
Up to 4 guests can enjoy beautiful days at Lake Garda in this elegant apartment. The first bedroom has a balcony (facing south), a comfy double bed, closet and satellite TV. The second bedroom is equipped with double bed as well, and also has a wardrobe. The entire apartment is air-conditioned. The daylight bathroom has shower, bidet and toilet. The washing machine and turkey utensils are housed in a practical storage room.
The living area features a large window front that offers full views of Lake Garda and Sirmione Peninsula. From here you can also enter the apartment's living terrace, which becomes an enlarged living room in the summer. Inside you will find a comfortable sofa, a large smart TV with international programs, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, oven and gas stove, refrigerator with freezer and all utensils For the preparation of delicious food.
Breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace or in the Beach Bar, which is located 50 meters away from the apartment. Here you can enjoy brunch on weekends and fine coffees every day and freshly made smoothies and shakes, as well as homemade cakes and pies. In the summer months you can enjoy the typical italian aperitivo in this wonderful place and every now and then they organise live music.
Punta Gro beach is one of the largest beaches on Lake Garda. Old trees provide shade and guarantee a perfect climate even on hot days. There is also a pedal boat rental, a small surf school and beach volleyball fields. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The centre of Lugana di Sirmione is a 10 minute walk away, along the shores of Lake Garda.

The pool was fab after a day wandering around sirmione
Air conditioning was very slow at cooling and the shower was mostly cold!

Good good location lakeside, with a nice private pool area. Generally very quiet. Well equipped modern kitchen, nice bathroom.
Air conditioning could be improved as there is only one unit and so if you are sharing and wanted to close the bedroom doors, it would get very hot in summer months.

Lots of great places to visit, Verona by train very easy and worth a visit, beautiful Garda towns/villages to see.

Plenty of restaurants and bars near by.
See if you can do something about the mosquitoes...
Not a big deal but there are plenty of mosquitoes outside and they get in if you just open the door for a very short time.
