We had a lovely stay in this house just outside Sarzeau. The location is ideal—peaceful countryside, yet very close to Sarzeau’s amenities, with the Rhuys Peninsula’s beaches and oyster farms right on the doorstep (easily reachable by bike). Communication with the very kind owners before arrival was smooth. We received a warm welcome, and they showed us everything we needed to know around the spotless house. They remained easily reachable throughout our stay for any questions. There are 2 double bedrooms downstairs with ample storage. Upstairs via a spiral staircase is a very large bedroom with a queen bed and sink, a smaller double, and a box room single. The house has nearly everything you could need: full kitchen equipment, crockery, bikes, sun loungers, garden and board games to enjoy in the large, private garden. There’s no air conditioning, and the upstairs can get warm, but the sea breeze usually cools it quickly—though a better fan might help. Coffee machines are Tassimo and filter. The house was very clean; most mattresses were comfy, though one upstairs double may need replacing. One bathroom upstairs with walk-in shower; second bathroom downstairs has a sit-in bath. Two separate toilets work well for families. All in all, we thoroughly recommend this house!

A lovely house in a great location! Very well equipped and spacious house. We loved the sunny terrace for breakfast.
