Premium City Apartement

Location is perfect. Opposite to Milaneo shopping mall. You can find everything you need. Sasha is a very good host . Thank you Sasha

We loved this apartment , So modern , Clean . Check in and out was super easy .

There was nothing wrong . If we will come to again we will stay here again .

The apartment is very modern and the location is perfect. Milaneo shopping mall (biggest in Europe) is across the street but it’s not a very busy/loud street. We spent a long weekend there with 5 friends and a dog. Bathroom is very big and nice. There is a garage for the car and everything is very well secured. Sascha (the owner) is a very friendly, flexible and helpful person! We really enjoyed our stay there. It’s a 30minute walk to Königstraße (biggest shoppingstreet).

Since we were there with 5 and there are only 2 rooms with double beds (connected with a door - no separate entrance) 1 person slept on the couch. It’s a comfortable couch but would not recommend for 6persons with that couch. (Think it’s not really suited to sleep on it with 2 persons, for one it is perfect.) The equipment in the kitchen (cutlery, pans, glasses,...) is also made for 4 persons instead of 5 or more i.m.o. If that is sorted out by the owner, would also recommend for 6 persons !
