About this villa rental
We offer you our large studio (30m2) adjoining our house. located near the city center, in the hills (the "garrigues") above the urban center, at 1200m. you will be in a private, enclosed property, where you can park your car.
This studio, in very good condition, offers you all the comfort; it opens onto a private terrace (15 m2), equipped, protected by a banner, just above the swimming pool (deckchairs); it has an air conditioner.
You will be in a green setting (surrounding trees, garden), very quiet, ideal for rest and relaxation.
You can enjoy the historic city of Nîmes (15 minutes on foot - or 5 minutes by bus) and shine on the very attractive region (Arles, Avignon, Uzès, .... or the Camargue and its beaches, even the Cévennes).

Halima is a very good hostess. The family were very accommodating and friendly.
She even went out and got us a new television. We enjoyed visiting with her and her family. (I speak French.)
The house was difficult to find even with Google maps, but once we found it, no problem.
The number 8 is out of sequence and the entrance is actually the entrance to 8A to 8E.
Don't try try it in the dark.
Very close by is a laundromat, a very good boulangerie, and a Carrefour supermarket.
The house does not have a washing machine.
Several times the hot water ran out during the day. I never asked Halima why. For early morning showers there was never a problem.
The swimming pool looked very nice, way too cool to use it in April. Maybe in July or August.
Overall, a nice stay and we would go back.

We found the accommodation was clean, comfortable and contained all facilities we expected. We enjoyed our stay very much. However we were surprised that the pool was shared with the owners family and suggest the website should make this clear so we knew before making the reservation.

So beautiful. It was twice what I expected. The Owners are the most delightful people. I only hope I will be able to return next year.

Nous sommes enchantés par la semaine que nous venons de passer. Studio bien équipé, piscine et jardin agréable, dans une ruelle très calme. Les propriétaires sont très serviables et discrets. Pour ceux qui viennent en train, une ligne de bus passe juste au bas de la rue.
