Bright, pleasant and refined, the apartment has an area of 70 m², for 6 people maximum.
You will be located in the heart of the historic center of Caen, on the port of Caen with a view of the Abbaye-aux-Dames. You will be close to the Château de Caen, the Abbaye-aux-Dames and the Saint-Pierre Church.
- The equipment:
- The living room, decorated in a clean and modern atmosphere, is furnished with a TV, a sofa bed for 2 people, a coffee table and two armchairs. The windows, which bring light to this room, overlook the harbor.
- The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with a dining table, a toaster, an oven, a microwave, hotplates, a kettle, a coffee maker, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchen utensils.
- The 1st bedroom is furnished with a queensize bed, bedside tables, a TV and a closet.
- The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a queensize bed, nightstands and a TV.
- The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink and shelves.
- The toilet is separate.
Extras: vacuum cleaner, washing machine, smoke detector, ironing set, hairdryer, books.

Exchanges with travelers
The accommodation is 2nd floor, without elevator. You will have at your disposal a set of keys.

Good location and close to restaurants in the old town. We used as a base to explore the D Day beaches. Parking is easy once you get the hang of it.
