Family house of 500 m2 on 1 hectare of orchard ideal for bringing together family or friends. This house offers large volumes. It is very well equipped, very comfortable and full of charm. A large fireplace for winter evenings, garden furniture and barbecue for the summer. The children's room is full of games for their enjoyment. Billiards particularly appeal to older children and ping pong table for sports enthusiasts. Isolated in the quiet of the countryside, near the Nantes to Brest canal, many activities are offered nearby. Horse riding centers, indoor swimming pool for winter and heated outdoors in summer.
