Located in a quiet area 1km from the village of Prémanon, shops, museum, restaurants and patinoine
Near the Alpine and Nordic ski areas; direct access to hiking trails and snowshoeing.
Possibility to rent for 6 or 8 people with 3 or 4 rooms week out of school (
week 2 and 3 in January)
Descriptieon: Chalet with contemporary decoration, surface 130m²
1 large living room with fully equipped kitchen, sitting area with TV and wood stove.
5 bedrooms: 3 with a double bed and two with two single beds. Sheets and envelopes of duvets and pillowcases and linens are not provided
2 bathrooms (1 with bath the other with shower and wc)
2 wcs (1 separate toilet)
Nice wooden balcony and terrace
1 garage and private paking
1 laundry
Ground floor + floor
Services & Equipments:
Electric heating, Oven, Washing machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge, Television, Wood burning stove (wood is provided) and WIFI connection
Option cleaning fee: 100 €
the tourist tax is 1 € 65 per night and per adult
Charges: water and electricity according to your consumption
The cottage does not rent in summer only from December 15 to end of April

nous avons passés un sejour tout confort avec le plaisir de pouvoir laisser les enfants s' ebattre dans la combe neigeuse où se trouve le châlet
nous n avons manqué de rien et avons profité d' un calme absolu au cœur de la zone la plus enneigée du jura

We shared this chalet with another couple. It was very comfortable. The wood burning stove heats the house nicely. Modern kitchen and well equipped. It would have been nice to have a few essentials like salt, pepper and cooking oil available.
We had some problems getting the TV to work and Mme Bouvier and her family helped us to get it working. Mme. Bouvier was very responsive to any questions we had and provided us with information on the area.

nous avons passé un superbe sejour en famille. logement au top, propre, grand chacun son espace, très agreable et bien situé, juste un petit manque, une table sur la terrasse. propriétaire très gentille, et agréable.
Station au top pour des skis en famille pour tout niveau mais surtout pour apprendre le ski, autant pour petits et grands .
Des visites magnifiques a seulement qqles kilomètres. nous recommandons très fortement
