Once we found the location we were met by someone in the restaurant below who showed us straight to the apt.
Finding the property was a challenge. We arrived at night, the roads were busy and navigating Herceg is tricky - lots of one ways, narrow streets, impatient drivers. Cars aren't allowed on the promenade which is where the property is. I had messaged in advance for parking recommendations but when we parked where suggested we were told by a local we had to move. Once we managed to sort parking the route to the apt was not clear and we ended up getting lost down a dark, deserted footpath. It was all worth it once we found the place but added a good hour onto our journey and a lot of stress! Prepare thoroughly before you go, especially if you're arriving at night.

Great location right on the beach. Their staff were amazing. There was a problem with our booking when we arrived, but it was resolved to our satisfaction.

I usually don’t write reviews but this place deserves one from my side.
please read carefully before you will decide to pay a good amount money for this place:
- Check in
I booked two rooms with sea view, and during check-in I was offered one room with a sea view and one room with yard view.
It’s good that I had Bookings messages with this property where we discussed Apartments numbers that I booked. After I showed this conversation I got two rooms with sea view.
- NO PRIVACY AT ALL
We were eating a breakfast in the main apartment (where we got all luggage) and I asked my daughter to bring some stuff from the second apartment. daughter came back and said that there is a cleaning is going on right now in the room. I was like what??? we even didn’t check out yet. I came to apartment and they told me that they thought I did a check out. they moved my both daughters shoes outside the apartment. I asked them to return our shoes. they did it and apologized.
Then we went to walk yo Old City and I told the lady who is responsible for the cleaning that we will leave at 12, and she confirmed that this is checkout time and it’s ok.
when we came back from our walk we noticed that all dirty dishes are cleaned so it means that even I mentioned we will check out at 12 they came to our apartment (before we did a check out) and they cleared all dirty dishes. Really??? we are still there and this is an appropriate that anyone can come in our room WHILE WE ARE STILL THERE!!!
Last thing: at 11:50 I came to my second apartment to verify that we didn’t leave any belongings and the cleaning lady was there again and she said sorry.
Really???
So for this just one night they came to our apartment three times without our permission!!!
I never faced this issue with any other hotel / property.
Feel free to stay in this apartment if you want to be visited by their staff while you are exploring sightseeings around.
