About this apartment rental
Cozy house with wood and pellet stove and winter garden. This and the terrace face south. Here you live on one level. Quiet place with about 600 inhabitants, meadows, fields and forest directly adjacent. Hiking and biking trails as well as a slate educational trail on site, and it is only a few minutes by car to the Moselle with vineyard trails and wineries.
Relax on the terrace or in the winter garden, on cool evenings in front of the pellet stove. Excursions to the Moselle, the Eifel marshes, former slate mining nearby, open-air museum, wellness, swimming pool and sauna in Bad Bertrich, approx. 25 minutes by car. It is not far to Eltz Castle. Day trips to Luxembourg, Trier and Koblenz are recommended.
Attention, narrow entrance! Unload luggage about 30 m above, transport trolley available in the house. Heating and electricity costs are billed according to consumption. Bed linen and towels can be provided upon request. The Internet has a limited volume, which may May not be sufficient for streaming movies and music. Can be booked again after arrangement.

Sauberes Haus in einem kleinen Dorf. Die Wiese hinter dem Haus eignet sich super für eine kleine Runde Fußball. Der Wald unterhalb ist super für einen Ausflug. In der Küche ist alles was man zum Kochen braucht.
Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und sympatsch.
Empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

Das Haus war sauber ,.Die Möbel nicht auf neuesten Stand aber alles funktionierte.So das wir im nächsten Jahr wieder Urlaub in Erwägung ziehen.

Van alle gemakken voorzien en het uitzicht is fantastisch!
Er zou wel wat meer aan onderhoud gedaan kunnen worden. De grote serredeur kon niet open bv, waardoor het er bloedheet werd.
Een groot grasveld voor de deur is een ander positief punt.

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig.
Die Küchenausstattung ist bestens; wir haben nichts vemisst.
Alles TipTop sauber gewesen.
Unserem Hund hat es auch sehr gut im Garten gefallen; sie chilled gerne tagsüber im Gras, was bestens mit Aussicht möglich war. :-)
Streamingsüchtige Teenager am besten Zuhause lassen, da nur begrenzt Internet vorhanden. :-)
Hofeinfahrt mit langen bzw. tiefergelegten Auto's definitiv nicht möglich; dafür in der Nähe ein Parkplatz vorm Gemeindehaus. Sieht man von der Wohnung bestens zum Auto.
Unkomplizierter netter Kontakt (eMail) mit Vermieterin, welche nicht in der Nähe wohnt. Man ist also wirklich alleine.
Im Dorf selbst gibt es keine Einkaufmöglichkeiten; für vollumfänglichen Einkauf muss man schon ca. 15 Minuten fahren.
Da die Autobahn nur 5 Minuten weg ist, kommt man sehr schnell zu vielen Orten in der Region für tolle Tagesausflüge.
Wir kommen ziemlich sicher wieder, da es uns sehr gut gefallen hat.
