About this villa rental
The villa is ideal for couples or families with max. a child. The house has a bedroom with dressing room, a sofa bed, a fully equipped design kitchen with dining area, a bathroom and an outdoor bathroom for the pool area. The outside staircase leads to the large roof terrace with a 360 degree view of the Rhine valley and the vineyards. The house has all amenities such as BBQ grill, pool heating, television, Nespresso machine, lounge furniture, etc.

Villa Turquoise is a real 'Design-Holiday-Home'. The house, the swimmingpool, the roof top terrace and the interior, it's all tastefully chosen within one theme...very inspiring!
The house is located at the top of the small village of Battenberg (Pfalz), looking over the winefields (but no far views on mountains or valleys).
We spent 2 weeks in the summer during the hot period, so the swimmingpool was used on a daily basis (very nice). Allthough we missed a shodow spot ( a big tree or veranda) during the day, there was a shady spot near the BBQ, where we usually had our dinners at the end of the day.
The house has one bedroom to fit two adults, our daughter (11yrs) slept on the couch/bed. Which was not a problem as we lived outdoors, but that would take some improvisation if the weather is cold and rainy.
Our overall holiday experience was excellent. The house is exeptionally well-equipped, the surrounding is relaxing and the owners (who live nextdoors) are very caring and committed to give their guests a good time.
