Our house with panoramic views of the Dolomites is situated in a quiet and sunny location near Lajen.
It is the ideal starting point for hiking, walking, cycling and winter sports activities.
The apartment for 2-4 persons (47m2) is located in a new building. All furniture is made from local pine wood. The apartment has two balconies and a terrace with sunbathing area.
The kitchen has dishes, silverware, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
The master bedroom consists of two floors. On the upper floor there are two beds and in the lower floor is the double bed.
The bathroom is furnished with shower / WC and bidet.
We also offer bread service.
The linen for the kitchen, bathroom and room is in the apartment.
In a family atmosphere you will feel at home.

Wir haben schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf die Berge. Eine tolle Wohnung bei einer sehr netten Familie. Alles bestens !

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung, optimal für Eltern mit zwei Kindern. Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr sauber. Nette Vermieter, die bei Fragen gerne helfen.
Super schöne ruhige Lage, optimal als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.

Die Wohnung ist herrlich modern und gemütlich mit viel hellem Holz eingerichtet. Vom Garten und Balkon kann man einen tollen Ausblick in das Tal genießen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus und sind sehr zuvorkommend mit einem super Service. Abfahrt- und Langlaufski Möglichkeiten 15 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt und nach Bozen ist es auch nicht weit.

Wanderwege vom Haus aus. Blick auf die Berge. Ein Sitzplatz mit Blick auf Langkofel. Was uns besonders gefallen hat ist der Verzicht auf Alpenkitsch. Viele Fenster. Wir waren begeistert.
