About this apartment rental
The apartment is on the third Floor of the main house. A large living room 29m² with sofa bed, fireplace and a cozy bench bayerischr dining area and full kitchen. Color TV, stereo, CD player. Separate bedroom with double bed and Zirbelholzschrank, view Jochberg .. Large balcony-arbor overlooking the Jochberg, Herzogstand and the Walchensee. The house has a swimming pool and a small sauna with relaxation area. Einener access to the lake with lawn, patio and swimming raft.

Alles war gut organisiert und wie erwartet. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen, egal ob im Hallenbad, im Privatbereich am See oder in der Wohnung.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Aussicht auf den Walchensee (Ostseite). Sehr netter Vermieter, der sich liebevoll um seine Gäste kümmert. Gerne wieder!

Bilder im Inserat entsprechen der Realität. Leider war das Bad ausgeklammert ... Wer 80er-Look und -Ausstattung mag, kommt auf seine Kosten. Vermieter bei Wohnungsübergabe sehr freundlich, nettes Begrüßungs-Arrangement. Gästekarte wurde im ÖPNV gern genutzt.
Aber:
- etwas antiquierte 80er-Atmosphäre
- WLAN gibt's aus Kostengründen nicht
- Matrazen (+Schoner) extrem durchgelegen
- Duschvorhang im Bad lange nicht mehr erlebt
- Ablageflächen im Bad fehlen
- Balkon/Laube nicht zum Frühtück nutzbar --> Sonnenschirm fehlt
- beworbene Badeterasse war auf Grund des Zustandes der Möbel und fehlender Sonnenschutzeinrichtung eine Zumutung
- keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort (Frühstücksbrötchen)
Man sollte etwas mehr Geld investieren und moderner ausgestatte FeWo wählen. Kochel am See wäre eine bessere Wahl gewesen.
