About this house rental
The Villa Luisa from the 19th century. stands above Lake Maggiore with a beautiful lake view.
The building extends over two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, the spacious living and dining room with a direct view of the lake and a modern bathroom with jacuzzi.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a spacious children's room, a bathroom with a shower and two balconies.
The house is surrounded by a stone terrace with several seats and a well-kept rose garden. Thanks to the elevated position of the house, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and many hours of sunshine.
Behind the house is a spacious rustico with a barbecue. .
Opposite the house there is a garage with the possibility to store bicycles and a parking space for a car. There is further parking space a few meters from the house in a public car park.
The villa is very quiet in the Cheglio district in a cul-de-sac with little traffic.

In 30 years of hollidays in Italy, this house was one of the most perfect stays.
The house is beautifull, the view is breathtaking and everything you need is there. You can live easily here and the kitchen is fully occupied to make Italian meals. We stayed here with our daughter and husband and their son of 9 months. We had a perfect week. Mr Ziesler is very friendly and helpfull. A perfect stay!!!

Wir hatten zu Sechst einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig und der Blick über den Lago Maggiore entschädigt für die doch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftige Anfahrt ;-)
Der Zustand und die Einrichtung des Hauses entsprechen der Beschreibung, auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein schönes Haus in schöner Lage, der Blick auf den See nahezu unbehindert. Der Innenbereich mit sehr schön und reichhaltig ausgestatteter Küche, schöner gemütlicher Wohn-Essbereich. Das Fernsehen funktionierte nicht ( das Abspielen von DVD‘s aus der vorhandenen, sehr umfangreichen Sammlung war möglich.) Es gibt lediglich 1 Dusche im Haus, + 1 Badewanne ( Whirlpool). Schlafzimmer o. K.
Der Aussenbereich: insgesamt vernachlässigt wirkend. kein Esstisch. Offensichtlich in dieser Saison noch nicht gereinigt und versorgt,viele ausgetrocknete Blumenkübel, der Rosengarten völlig verwildert, was die -wunderschönen - Rosen nicht daran gehindert hat zu blühen. Die „Waschküche“ völlig verdreckt, die Waschmaschine kaputt, was dem Verwalter offensichtlich ganz neu war. Reparatur nicht möglich, es gab allerdings das Angebot, die angefallene Wäsche extern waschen zu lassen.
Kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
