About this house rental
We welcome you in a mansion renovated by an architect, in a 19th century building.
It is located in a park with views of the Puys and enjoys a privileged natural setting.
The dining room is extended by a large terrace facing south on the park, without vis-à-vis, which invites relaxation and rest. The living room with its fireplace, is a comfortable space.
The volumes are contemporary and spacious.
Each room is equipped with new bedding. The 1st floor serves 3 bedrooms including a master suite with private bathroom and large Italian shower. The 2nd floor serves 2 bedrooms, one very large with a magnificent view of the Puys, and can be converted into a dormitory if necessary.
The house is remodeled with a respectful heritage taste, which should appeal to lovers of beauty and comfort.
Local shops are 10 minutes (Intermarché).
It is located less than 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand and close to the tourist sites: Chaîne des Puys classified World Heritage of UNESCO, villages of Saint-Nectaire and Saint-Saturnin, amusement park Vulcania, paragliding in Puy Saint-Sandoux, lakes of Aydat and Pavin, castles of Murol and Busséol, alpine skiing, and historical heritage.
Without forgetting a gourmet tasting of local products: Saint-Nectaire and cured meats ..

Grande maison, ex dépendance du château, parfaitement restaurée, de grandes pièces à vivre, de grandes chambres une belle terrasse pour les repas extérieurs. Bref superbe location un peu à l’écart des zones bondées

La maison est idéalement située pour visiter la région et les propriétaires sont sympathiques. Elle est spacieuse, décorée avec gout et bien isolée. Petit bémol, il n'y a pas de volets donc le réveil est matinal avec la lumière du jour.Il manquerait peut-être aussi un lave linge. La maison est en cours de finition ce qui explique que les extérieurs ne soient pas encore entretenus. Un beau coin de campagne qu'apprécieront les locataires qui veulent être déconnectés (pas de TV, pas de WIFI, peu de reseau)
