About this apartment rental
Our detached holiday home VILLA RADOŠ, category 4*, is situated in the eastern part of town, directly opposite the protected natural forest zone.
It consists of:
- Two fully air-conditioned, comfortable and identical 4-room flats, each with about 120 square meters of living space for up to 8 people (Ground floor: https://www.homeaway.co.uk/p2579191 and Upper floor: https://www.homeaway.co.uk/p2579193),
- One separate NEW 2-rooms apartment at the Souterrain for max. 3+2 persons with 50 sqm for max. 3+2 persons (see: https://www.homeaway.co.uk/p2607640) and
- one separate NEW 1-bedroom studio apartment on the ground floor with 30 sqm for up to 3 people (1-Zi. Studio-Apartment: https://www.homeaway.co.uk/p2579194).
All apartments have separate entrances.
The 1-room studio apartment on the ground floor can be rented on request with the adjacent large 4-room apartment with a connecting door with, so that in this area 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms are available, see the image "connecting door to 1 -room studio apartment ".

Thus there is at the Ground floor and Souterrain enough place for up to max. 16 people.

The spacious apartments offer guests spacious, well-equipped rooms, so that the most important conditions for a successful and relaxing vacation are given, see the picture "Floor plan ground-upper floor and 1-room studio apartment".
Each 4-bedroom apartment has a modern kitchen, two renovated bathrooms (spring 2016), three bedrooms (two 3-bed and 1 double bed room) and a large, modern living room with about 20 sqm.
These each include a large terrace and a balcony.
The modern fitted kitchens are equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, table-barbercue and water-cooker.
Likewise, a washing machine, smart TV with satellite programs, DVD player and mini stereo system with CD player ready for free use.
Free Wi-Fi is also available.
Each room is equipped with individually remote controlled air conditioning and central heating.
Before the main entrance are enough parking spaces available.
The closest shringle-beach VRILO and the promenade are within easy reach in a few minutes.
The directly opposite the supermarket LIDL offers excellent shopping.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter hätte nicht besser sein können. Er war höflich, zuvorkommend, spricht sehr gut deutsch und hat sofort reagiert wenn es Nachfragen gab. Absolute Empfehlung!!!,

Die gestaltung ist gut, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Supermarkts und Fähre in der Nähe.

Die Villa Rados liegt sehr gut in Supetar neben einem Lidl Markt.Strand ist ca 380m entfernt.Sehr nette Gastgeber der immer ereichbar ist.Alles sehr sauber und das Bad neu renoviert.

Naprawdę bardzo fajny apartament jak na 3 gwiazdki: wszędzie klimatyzacja czyli każdy pokój + salon, 2 łazienki z prysznicami i kuchnia całkowicie wyposażona "dosłownie" we wszystko.
Wi-Fi ma dobrą prędkość, do tego dostępny grill z dachem winorośli - jedynie Pan Vlado dał za ładny kamień (hehe) na obudowę grila i stół też z ładnego kamienia - a to po tłustych rzeczach ciężko domyć - także polecam jakiś obrus ;)
Oczywiście tuż obok Lidl i 2 miejscowe markety -to zalety.
Właściciel czyli Pan Vlado sympatyczny człowiek, który jest godny zaufania. Super kontakt meilowy i telefoniczny.
Byliśmy w 2 rodziny 4 -osobowe i było super:)
