Big rooms, very spacious dining room connected with kitchen, very friendly owners. Local shop 5min walk. Makarska beach is very crowded, so if you have car the best option is Tucepi beach.
Even if distance to closest beach is not big (500-600m), for older people it might be hard to return home uphill all the time. For younger its just 10-15mins walk.

We were very satisfied with the apartment. Also the owners were very kind, responsive and helpful. Big thanks to them from us.
The apartment is just a few minutes (by walk) from the beach, promenade with the restaurants and small shops. A bit more minutes from Lidl, Kaufland. And also the shopping centre with the more (e.g. Deichmann, InterSport, New Yorker, Pepco) or less known brands and underground garage (free parking at the time we were there).
We've enjoyed a cruise - day trip (08:30-18:00) to Jelsa and Bol - the towns on two different islands. What's more, Bol is cca 20-30 min by walk from the very nice Golden Horn Beach (Zlatni rat) on the Brac island - a must see when you come to Bol in summer. "Our" cruise ship was named Voga. But there are also the other cruise ships taking tourists for the same day trip at the same cost. You'll find them all in the port of Makarska, some 18 minutes (by walk) from the appartment.
We were 5 adults plus kids so sometimes we needed to wait for the warm water if some of us had taken more of it. But it was just a minor issue, no big problem.
