Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber. Es ist modern und hell, die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Selten so eine gepflegte Ferienwohnung gehabt und wir haben schon oft so geurlaubt, Top!!!
Etwas nachteilig ist, was man der sehr netten Vermieterin natürlich nicht „ankreiden“ kann, der Straßenverkehr vor dem Haus, der ganztägig „läuft“.
Ansonsten ein schönes Haus im beschaulich entspannten Kurtatsch!!!

Schönes Ferienhaus,geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Bei hohen Temperaturen auf Grund der Bauart schön kühl.

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alle wichtigen Dinge sind vorhanden. Bezüglich der Lage-im Gegensatz zu Tramin oder Kaltern ist hier wesentlich mehr Ruhe angesagt, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Wer trotzdem in die Stadt will, Bozen oder Trient sind nicht weit und eine Reise wert.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Karin hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben, was man unternehmen kann. Gerade um die Osterzeit wird es voll am Kalterer See, da ist man froh, wenn es Alternativen gibt. Als Familie ist es uns wichtig, dass alles kinderfreundlich ist. Unser Sohn hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem der kleine Bach, direkt neben dem Haus hatte es ihm angetan. Auch, als es Probleme um die Buskarte gab, war Karin direkt zur Stelle. Eine solche Vermieterin kann man sich nur wünschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder...
