Are you looking for relaxation in beautiful blackwood forest with hiking trails in front of your doorstep or a stroll along the majestic, tree lined "Lichtentaler Allee" to the city center of the beautiful spa town of Baden Baden? Then the apartment MarieLouise is just right for you. We offer you a very well-kept, modern and light-flooded, two-room apartment with a view of the lush green hills and the mountain Merkur.
Only a 20 minute walk along the beautiful Lichtentalerallee you can reach the city center, the festival hall and the congress hall. Shops with bakery, supermarket are within walking distance.
The apartment consists of a bright, 35sqm living room with comfortable sofa set, an inviting dining area from which you have a beautiful view into the green. The very well equipped gourmet kitchen is equipped with stove, dishwasher, cooking utensils, coffee maschines and cozy breakfast corner. The bedroom offers a 2 person (king size) bed and plenty of storage room for your wardrobe.
A spacious corridor, tailor-made wall cupboards for coats, jackets and shoes as well as a complete wardrobe wall in the bedroom provide enough storage space for golf, hiking and outdoor wear in all seasons.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and can be reached via an elevator.
A beautiful large balcony with a cozy lounge chair offers with a view of the forest and the mountains.
Premium hiking trails surround the apartment and gives you walking access to the mountains for hiking and nice walks.
Baden Baden has a lot to offer from beautiful downtown to elegant neighborhoods, shopping, museums, world-famous spas and music concerts.
The famous Blackforest Skyline drive (Schwarzwaldhochstrasse) is only 15min driving from the apartement and with the easy access to the A5 highway you are also within 40min driving to Strasburg, 1.40min to Freiburg and Frankfurt Airport.

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung am Waldrand von Baden Baden sehr wohl gefühlt - sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, mit Blick auf den Merkur, schönen aber meist an- bzw. absteigenden Wanderwegen. Die Stadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar, aber nicht für Fußkranke zu empfehlen, zu viel Steigung. Wir waren ko, aber das lag bei uns sicher am Alter und der Hitze!
Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht, ihre Gäste willkommen zu heissen! Top!

Mit dieser ruhig gelegenen Ferienwohnung ohne Parkplatzsorgen hatten wir einen optimalen Standort gefunden: sowohl in das Stadtzentrum als auch in den Wald gelangt man in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß. Aber auch die verschiedensten Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto erreichbar, ohne durch die Stadt zu fahren.
In der sehr schönen Wohnung mit Blick auf den Wald gegenüber haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Gastgeberin wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns alle Unterstützung angeboten.
In der großzügigen Wohnung mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und modernem Bad verbringt man gerne auch mal einen Regentag. Jahreszeitlich bedingt konnten wir die große Terrasse leider nicht mehr nutzen.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
