Objekt liegt im 3. Stock. Sehr steile Treppe vom EG ins 1. OG. Ist dem Altbau geschuldet. Sonst alles i.O.

Die Fotos zur Fewo sind sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist jedoch nur über eine steile Treppe und viele Stuten zu erreichen.
Der Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht richtig, Geschirr recht wenig, Kleinigkeiten fehlen.
Ein Kleiderschrank für 4 Menschen zu wenig. Alte Prospekte, keine Bedienungsanleitung usw.
Es gibt keinen reservierten Parkplatz, sondern nur öffentliche im Ort, die bei schönem Wetter alle besetzt sind.
Der Vermieter ist nett.
Das Preis-Leistungsniveau stimmt nicht.
