The staff were very friendly and even sent a shuttle to meet us at the ferry since it was bad weather when we arrived. The breakfasts are served in your room and are fantastic and plentiful. The Plum cake was a favourite. The room was clean and had very nice decor. Bed was comfortable. Location in the old town is great and an easy walk to shops and restaurants.
There was a kitchenette in the room but it was missing most of the items that would make it useful. No Kettle, no cups, no cutlery, only one wine glass. Luckily we were self sufficient in this regard but it would have really detracted from our stay if we had not been able to have a cup of tea in the room. (Im sure staff would have happily supplied if we had asked).
Also the room was a little dark with shutters closed and not easy to open everything up. Would have been nice for the room to be warmed up before our arrival as we arrived on a cold/miserable day.

Everything was perfect with our stay at Zuviteo Residence! The location is in the city walls as we wanted. The building was renovated and modern. Rooms are beautifully designed and practical. We had a balcony with our room so it was perfect for breakfast every day.
Bojan helped us from arranging transportation to pick us up from the port, checking into our room, taking breakfast order time to recommending restaurants. He was a wonderful host! The breakfast was also a highlight! We highly recommend this place!

Location, beauty of the room, breakfast, assistance and costumer service of most of the staff
Bed and pillow a bit too hard, ran out of hot water every day at morning shower (heard nothing back when I told front desk staff B), a bit dark, clueing completely open shutters
