This beautiful apartment is located in the mountains of Elviria / La Mairena, located in an exclusive, quiet complex with stunning, beautiful garden and pool. It is 90 square meters and has a 30 square meter balcony with day bed and sitting for 4 persons. At the generously designed living area heard a open fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for 4 people. The apartment has 2 large bright bedrooms with large double beds (master bedroom 210cmx200 cm), also includes 2 marble bathrooms facilities. Of course WIFI is included in the price. Parking is available in the closed plant.

We love staying in the La Mairena area as it is quiet and secluded and has spectacular views. Just a short drive down the mountain - about ten minutes- you have the center of Elviria where you have everything you need- grocery, restaurants, beaches, etc. The location of this apartment is great as it is within walking distance to a small grocery and restaurant - the Kuda bar- which has great food, a nice atmosphere, and great views. It is also within walking distance to the German school where our son attended summer camp. This apartment is in a small compound which is great as there were very few people and we had the pool mostly to ourselves. The apartment is exactly like the pictures show, well-stocked and comfortable. the host was great and the communication was seamless.

Great views on valley and far ocean. Gated parking on site, big pool with shade in the evening. Quiet place. Beach, shopping and restaurants are 10min drive down the hill. Owner responses fast. Easy check in with a code.

A perfect property for us and we will definitely come back. The apartment has all the conveniences you need and is located up a short drive from the coast. At the bottom of the hill are supermarkets and restaurants that can suit any taste. The apartment is in a small gated community and has a secluded quiet pool and garden area. The views from the apartment balcony are spectacular and inside there is a lounge, kitchen and two bedrooms. There are also two bathrooms which makes it perfect for a family if 4 or two couples.
