A stylish two bedroom bungalow with off road parking and electric vehicle charging point.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom 2: Zip And Link Double Bed (2 x Singles On Request)
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and superfast Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair. Garage with washing machine and tumble dryer. Enclosed garden with decked area and garden furniture. Electric car charging point. Private parking for 1 car; additional on road parking. No smoking.. Greenridge is a spacious bungalow set in an elevated position which enhances its privacy and showcases the far reaching sea views.
The living room has a cosy wood burner and there’s a Lacanche range cooker in the kitchen for those days when you want to eat in. You can stock up at the mini supermarket nearby. An oak stable door leads to the rear courtyard with a seating area and the lawned garden to the front makes a peaceful spot to relax in the sunshine.
When it’s time to get some rest, the master bedroom has a super kingsize bed and the second bedroom has zip and link beds offering flexible sleeping arrangements, and they both share the family bathroom.
There’s discreet off street parking and even an electric vehicle (EV) charging point, but there’s plenty within walking distance including Totland Bay and Colwell Bay, which both have fantastic restaurants overlooking the beach. Wander down here to view the stunning sunsets, it’s a sight not to be missed.
There are some fantastic walks on the doorstep including Tennysons Trail. The ever popular Tapnell Farm family attraction is also nearby as is Freshwater Bay with is water-based activities.

No information about refuse and recycling so didn't find the bins until we investigated every corner of the garden, so had not separated our waste. Other than that a fab stay and the most comfortable bed in any holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in.

The property was so clean and had a great finish to it. Well set up with entertainment (tv, Netflix and games) along with big comfortable beds. Only recommendation would be to have kitchen basics such as oil/salt for families staying the week. Otherwise fully equipped home away from home!

Stayed here for 3 weeks in between moving house. The manager Lisa was excellent and arranged for linens to be changed weekly in a COVID safe way. Communication was also excellent and proactive. The house is very well equipped, warm and comfortable as well as being spotlessly clean. I loved the large range cooker, amazingly comfy sofa and the fact the house had absolutely everything needed. It was quite pricey but appreciate it was over Christmas and New Year. The only negative (and more to do with personal preference) was the beds. They were very very soft and we prefer a firmer mattress although it was clear the beds and bedding were of a high quality.

We have had a wonderful week in this lovely, very comfortable house. Lisa was fantastic to deal with and had everything in hand. Great communication before and during our stay. The beds were ridiculously comfortable and the living room was a lovely space to hole up in on rainy days.
