About this apartment rental
Apartment CLIMATISE, Beautiful sea view, on the ground floor with 1 parking space and Wifi, located in a pleasant area to live in, in Saint-Laurent-du-Var (seaside resort 4 km from Nice).

- Bed kit: € 15 (1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 2 pillow cases) or € 10 (without flat sheet)
- Bath kit: 5 € (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel)
- Final cleaning of the floor and the toilets (except kitchen area): 40 €
- Cot (with 1 draw sheet and 1 fitted sheet): € 10
- baby bath (+ bath seat - 6 months): € 5

- Bedroom with 140 * 190 cm bed (mattress and box spring) and large closet. Possibility to put a cot in the room.
- Living room with sofa bed offering a real comfortable bed
- Bathroom (large shower, sink and hairdryer)
- Separate toilet (with hand basin).
- Wifi, TV with TNT channel
- 2 deckchairs
- Kitchen: Washing machine, dishwasher, large 4 * fridge / freezer, 2 ceramic hobs, oven / microwave combination
- senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle
- Household items: Vacuum cleaner, scrubber, bucket, mop, drying rack, iron and ironing board,… household products
- Guides, maps and leaflets are available in the apartment.
Beaches 2.4 km (5 minutes by car)
Train station 20 minutes walk

- Intermarché and its bakery (also open on Sunday morning), Pharmacy, Bakery / pastry shop, butcher, tobacco / press, bank, hairdresser, florist
