- Enthaltene Nebenkosten - keine umständliche nachträgliche NK Abrechnung. - Tageweise buchbar - Sauna - Matratzen - Ausstattung und Komfort wie bei einem typischen "kleinen Dänemarkhaus" üblich. Man darf kein Luxushotel erwarten.
- Man merkt dem Objekt an, dass die letzte Komplettrenovierung einige Jahre zurückliegt. - Preise sind für den gebotenen Komfort und Erhaltungszustand eher teuer.
