Bedding & Towels included...birds sing in the morning. BBQ, raised deck 16 x 20' lounge & fenced backyard. Covered Parking & street parking free. Airport 35 minutes. Close by: Trader Joe's, Gelson's - pretty Balboa Park & Japanese gardens, Public tennis courts, golf course, Hiking 10 minutes away. Encino Village on Ventura Blvd - 5 minute Uber away- tons of restaurants, gyms, yoga, movie theaters, shopping. Office has all in one printer. Minimum storage in garage. Washer & Dryer. Perfect for 2 with Office to work.

Stayed here for 3 months for work and absolutely loved it. Adorable, cozy house with big backyard. Carolyn was a great host! She always responded immediately, very friendly and accommodating. This is my new go-to place in LA. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
