A phenomenal 180 degree lake and mountain view awaits you, from the apartment via the panoramic windows as well as from the 2 balconies.
The apartment has about 80 square meters and was rebuilt in the attic. Already at the dining area, equipped with a walnut dining table and comfortable chairs with leather upholstery, you immediately recognize the luxurious furnishings.
On the balconies there is a high-quality teak seating group with dining table and 2 high and 2 deep reclining. The blackout option ensures a restful and peaceful sleep. W-Lan and parking is provided free of charge.
This object is suitable for a maximum of 2 persons and a toddler in a travel cot. In addition to the spacious bathroom with washing & amp; It has a separate toilet with sink.
The white glossy kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, large fridge, coffee machine and plenty of dishes. All rooms are equipped with high quality parquet or tiles, so the object is allergy friendly. Pets are not allowed.
With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community. Wasserburg am Bodensee is the ideal location for excursions on Lake Constance and in the nearby mountains of the Allgäu, Austrian and Swiss Alps.

Die Wohnung war noch erheblich besser, als aus den Fotos zu deuten war.
Tolle Aussicht, super ausgestattet und hervorragend isoliert. Es war sehr heiß und die Dachgeschosswohnung war nie aufgeheizt.

Wir waren bereits zum fünften Mal in dieser Wohnung und sind immer wieder von der tollen Lage und Aussicht, der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit begeistert, und nicht zuletzt von der freundlichen und kompetenten Abwicklung durch das Team Die Fee vom See.
Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.
Die nächste Buchung ist schon gefixt.

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in der hochwertig und modern ausgestatteten Wohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, in der Küche war absolut alles notwendige vorhanden, die Betten waren sehr gut und das Haus ausgesprochen ruhig. Der große Balkon bietet eine herrliche Sicht auf den See und die Berge. Die Abwicklung lief schnell und gut organisiert ab. Die Wohnung können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Hallo,Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist nach unserem Geschmack eingerichtet und auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist groß und man kann den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen von Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang. Durch die Höhenlage hat man eine gute Aussicht - teilweise auch auf den See. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!Verbesserungsvorschlag: einen portablen Sonnenschirmständer anschaffen oder eine Markise anbringen lassen. Eine Ablage in der Dusche anbringen oder gibt es auch zum aufhängen an der Duschwand oder -Stange. Weiterhin wäre vielleicht ein kleiner Eierkocher (für 3 Eier) ganz hilfreich. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen und geben 4,5 Sterne.
