Un temps pour le rêve

This was a very quirky place to stay and we absolutely loved it. Perfect for 3 people. We ordered a delicious home cooked meal as we arrived late in the day and as there was a pool we enjoyed being able to take a dip in the late afternoon sun. Breakfast was a delight and so wonderful to have homemade, healthy meals sitting outside on the deck. Lovely hosts and we adored their friendly cats.

Nothing to dislike

Wir hatten hier eine sehr außergewöhnlich schöne Übernachtung auf unserer Radreise an der Rhone. In einem kleinen Garten mit Pool erwartete uns ein kleines Zimmer mit bequemen Bett und kleinem Bad. Das Frühstück mit biologischen Produkten wurde auf der Terrasse serviert und war sehr lecker. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Unsere Räder konnten wir sicher über Nacht unterstellen. Der Kontakt zu den beiden Gastgeberinnen war sehr herzlich aus ausgesprochen nett. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch war hervorragend.

Etwas außerhalb der City gelegen. Aber mit dem Rad war das natürlich kein Problem.

Breakfast was great and I loved the organic approach. They offer the "creme de marron" chutney paste which was just amazing. We also appreciated the willingness to be on the eco side and try to reduce impact.

The rooms are really an "add-on" in a small garden of a normal/standard house in the middle of Valence; NOt really any character. The room are small and basically equipped but very clean. The pool is much smaller than we imagined. We found that we were paying for the organic/eco approach but that it was overpriced for the size of the room, with no windows and no view.
