The views are exceptional. Perfect place for sunset. The apartment is well equipped and clean. Perfect location for exploring Devon and Cornwall.
3 min drive to nearest pub
Cafe 8am-3pm and small shop open 8am-6pm downstairs.
Bude Town center is 5-8min drive away.
Coastal route to see wide mouth bay is 5 min drive.
The apartment is set above the cafe/ shop looking over a child's playground and the fields that hold the campers and caravans. Noise level from kids wasn't too bad at all and the way you look out from the 1 bedroom apartment, you just see rolling hills and the sea in the distance. Its a little gem.
The apartment has huge glass doors, so you can appreciate the views. This does mean that the apartment heats up. There is A/C which cools it down perfectly. However, just be aware that the AC is loud
Personal preference I found the pillows uncomfortable.

Lovely and clean was in a great location , nice country and sea views also had air conditioning great location for traveling to other seaside locations also they done a amazing cooked breakfast in there farm cafe lovely and fresh and very reasonable prices also left tea coffee and fresh milk which was a lovely touch
Property was over looking children’s play park so was quite noisy from 8 o clock in the morning but it was the start of school summer holidays !
