Hotel is on 5min walk from the ski lift. Warm swimming pool & sauna. The apartment was very clean and had some basic amenities (dish washer pods, coffee, tea). Sound proofing in the apartment is fantastic so we slept very well. Staff was very friendly.
Adding a jacuzzi would make the wellness facility better.
No cleaning of the rooms throughout your stay.

Fantastic place to stay. Beds were very comfortable and place was very clean. Apartments are much bigger than they look online. Even though it was busy, it was quiet and my husband is a light sleeper and slept soundly. Pool and spa, are really great and work for both families and adults.
We also made use of the restaurant which you can get delivered to your apartment, was delicious! The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were there for a ski holiday and location was perfect. We were travelling as a family and travel a lot through the year and we loved it here.

The resort looks luxurious and modern, with a beautiful design and great location close to the cable car and town center. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful, clearly explained everything and made check-in easy. Cleaning staff were also kind and always greeted us, which created a pleasant atmosphere.
The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped, and the idea of connecting buildings through underground corridors is very convenient. The combination of indoor and outdoor heated pools is excellent — it’s rare to see such a well-thought-out setup. The cold outdoor plunge pool after sauna was also great and refreshing.
Although the resort looks luxurious, many small details spoil the overall impression. In our large apartment, there were too few storage spaces — we even had to move a terrace table inside to have room for our things. The bedrooms had cable outlets for TVs, but no TVs installed, which felt unfinished. Bathrooms lacked space to dry towels, and details like some toilets having soft-close seats and others not, made the apartment feel inconsistent.
The kitchen was disappointing — old stickers showing where dishes belong looked cheap, and upper shelves were placed so high they were uncomfortable to reach.
The wellness area, while conceptually nice, had several issues: large saunas were turned off during the day without explanation, the heated pool was sometimes cooler, and we even noticed mold under the water dispensers and decayed wood inside one sauna.
There’s no playroom or area for children, even though many families stay here, and parking costs €20 per night, which feels overpriced.
Overall, the resort has potential and friendly staff, yet too many maintenance and design flaws prevent it from meeting expectations for a place in this price category.
