Typical Italian country house in the middle of Abruzzo, near Parco Nazionale and Gran Sasso Mountains. This special one-of-a-kind property located in one of the prettiest little old village near the famous "Scanno lake", surrounded by woods and the most beautiful mountains of the Abruzzo Region in Italy. This is not a share, so you could enjoy the house without roomates. The house is centrally located in a pedestrian area with easy access and free parking in the nearby. Measuring about 80 square - foot (about 80 square meters), this spacious four room house has a master bedroom with a king sized bed and other two rooms with a single sized bed and a double couch bed. The country house has a romantic fireplace, stone ceiling and a balcony with a terrific panoramic view of the mountains. It is tastefully furnished with original materials and has a fully - equipped kitchen for cooking and eating home, including a stove, oven and refrigerator. The bathroom is newly renovated with shower and the house has a flat screen TV. Within a short drive (5 min.) By car you could reach facilities for skiing and tennis courts are available at a walking distance. Plenty of hiking, mountain biking and swimming in the vicinity. In the summer there is no need for air conditioning since the house stays cool. Deposit of 1 night stay is required to book, payment must be received in full 48 hours before stay.
