About this villa rental
House for 4-6 persons: Approximately 110 m2 are spread over two floors. On the ground floor is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen including a living area and a sofa bed (180 x 200 cm, sleeps 2), a dining area with an impressive fireplace, and a bathroom with bathtub. The upper floor comprises of one double bedroom with king-size bed, a twin bedroom, and a spacious covered terrace (approx. 20 2) boasting stunning views of the sea and the lovely Brijuni Islands. The entire house is air-conditioned.
Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

House is comfortable. Bathroom downstairs, bedrooms upstairs. Great outdoor kitchen and veranda. Also good restaurant on walking distance. Good area for cycling-trips snd few km’s from the seaside.

Unser Urlaub mit Hund war super schön! Ruhe pur, Restaurant nicht weit enfernt, wir waren fast immer im Restaurant Maslina in Vodnjan, Essen super gut und reichlich, Preis Okay. Vermieter Elvis sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einziges Manko, die Fliegen und Gelsen, Spray mitnehmen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass wir uns wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Außenbereich und das riesige Grundstück mit Pool, Außenküche, verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten, Olivenhain und vor allem der Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon aus. Unser Gastgeber war ein aufmerksamer Host und für jede Frage erreichbar. Die Lage nahe der Küste, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen, war genau, was wir gesucht haben. Für Kinder gibt es jede Menge Spielzeug im Haus und einen eigenen kleinen Spielplatz mit Sandkasten. Wir sind sehr erholt und kommen gerne wieder!
