About this apartment rental
Our large loft apartment with separate ground-level entrance directly in Haiger (residential area Fahler) can accommodate up to 4 adults and up to 3 children. This apartment offers you an alternative to a guest house or hotel room.
On warmer days, a small terrace invites you to linger. On colder days you can enjoy the open fire behind the panoramic glazing of the stove in the apartment.
Whether from the rocking chair in front of the fireplace or directly from bed, you can watch the clouds or count the stars through the large flat roof windows.
A parking space belongs to the apartment.
The separate bedroom with double bed offers 2 sleeping possibilities (0.90mx 2m).
For a further 2 people, up to two more single beds (90cm x 200cm) can be placed in the living room if required.
The large and comfortable sofa bed (1.40mx 3.45m) in the living room offers additional sleeping options for a maximum of 2 adults or up to 3 children.
A baby bed (into the bedroom) and high chair can also be provided if required. The bedroom window has an electric roller blind so that it can also be darkened during the day.
The kitchen with breakfast bar is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer combination, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and kettle.
Iron and ironing board are provided.
In the living area you can use the television with satellite connection and connected game console, a compact Bluetooth system and free WiFi.
The modern shower room with real glass shower cabin is equipped with underfloor heating.
It is a non-smoking apartment.
Since our family dog lives in the house (not in the apartment), unfortunately animal hair can never be completely excluded in the apartment.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. However, these can be made available locally for a fee.

Wir haben die Wohnung im Zuge eines Arbeitsauftrages im Wirtschaftshistorischen Museum Dillenburg genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet eine komfortable und ruhige Bleibe. Für unsere Zwecke ideal.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und konnte uns schon im Vorfeld des Bezugs in einem netten Kontakt in einigen Wünschen weiter helfen.
