About this house rental
In a private and secure area, facing the sea and backed by the Esterel mountains, come and stay with family or friends in this beautiful new villa with very comfortable services. The house consists of a large living room with a dining area (a large table and chairs for indoor dining), and a relaxing TV area with 2 comfortable sofas. The kitchen next door is fully equipped (with hotplates, host, American fridge, oven, microwave, hotplates, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), as well as the back kitchen where you will find cupboards and washing machine. At the same level are the toilets with washbasin, an air-conditioned bedroom with a large double bed 160x200, and its bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower.
On the floor you will find the master bedroom (air-conditioned), with a large bed 180x200, from where the view is superb not only on the sea but also on the massif of Estérel. There is a solarium with a small relaxation lounge to enjoy the sea and pool views. A second bedroom (air conditioned) with 2 single beds. And the third bedroom upstairs with a double bed 140x190 (not air conditioned).
The villa is equipped with electric shutters (with centralization).
Outside you will appreciate the beautiful pool area with its sunbathing, and always the view of the sea. On the terrace, covered by a pergola, you will enjoy good times to find you around the table and barbecue, near the fountain. You will also have a large double garage, and possible parking below the house.
Our pets are unfortunately not allowed.
Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).

Un sympathique accueil de Magali que l'on sent très concernée.
Maison bien conçue, salon spacieux, cuisine et salles de bains modernes.
Piscine bien entretenue avec une belle profondeur (plus de 2m à certain endroit ).
Très agréable coin repas sous le mûrier et la Pergola avec un bassin à poissons et vue mer.
Jardin paysagé.
Grand garage fermé.

Villa magnifique, super accueil!
Dommage qu’une climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans la petite chambre.
