A GORGEOUS TRANQUIL GARDEN STUDIO COTTAGE FOR TWO PEOPLE & DOG FRIENDLY. A LOVELY COUNTRY RETREAT AND COUNTRYSIDE WALKS TO THE BEACH
The cottage is located at Penwartha Coombe, next to the village of Bolingey and only a 20min walk to the stunning beach at Perranporth on the North Cornish coast.
This cute cottage is perfect for couples. The conservatory is stunning, overlooking the peaceful garden and decking area and provides a comfortable sofa, smartTV and dining area. This leads to an open plan 'studio' living area in the old barn section of the property which includes a modern kitchen with full size cooker, fridge and microwave oven. There is a double bed and plenty of cupboard space for all of your holiday belongings. The cottage has a seperate shower room with a modern walk in shower cubicle, basin and loo.
Electricity, linen, towels, fastspeed Wifi along with tea, coffee etc are included in the rental cost. Dogs are welcome for a standard pet fee.
Breakfast can be taken on the deck whilst listening to the restful babbling stream on the other side of the lane.
The garden is shared with our other one bedroom cottage Bills Barn.
There is a beautiful historic village pub serving food within easy walking distance and plenty of options for food and entertainment in Perranporth.
The beach at Perranporth is a 20 minute walk along the peaceful stream, through the village of Bolingey. Parking space is available at The Studio, with it being only 10 minutes from the A30, we are ideally placed for your Cornish adventure.
We are always on hand to recommend local attractions and events.

Lovely location, so peaceful and tranquil.
Studio is beautiful, has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Garry was very helpful, listed a few local places for us to try during our stay.
The dogs loved exploring the secure garden.
Overall an amazing place, would highly recommend!!!

Perfectly appointed and super clean studio cottage - perfect for a couple and the garden was ideal for our dog. Lovely setting amongst all the trees and alongside the stream. 20 minute walk to the beach and Perranporth and just 5 minutes walk from a great local pub. Our hosts were very friendly, welcoming and informative - we couldn’t fault it and will definitely be back !
