About this house rental
The former courtyard is detached and is idyllically situated in a cul-de-sac. A short walk of approx. 800m leads directly to the outer dike. Bicycle tours and walks are therefore perfect. You can often see beautiful sunrises and sunsets and admire a starry sky on cloudless nights. The apartment is quiet and lies in the middle of meadows and fields - ideal for relaxing. Bicycles can be rented in the neighboring towns of Garding, Westerhever and Sankt Peter-Ording. The nearest supermarket is 10km away in Garding, so a car is essential.
THE LIVING ROOM
You live in the house all by yourself. The apartment (95 m²) is modern, bright and ideal for up to 5 people. Parking in front of the house, WiFi, very large property for sole use, sitting area on the terrace
Eat-in kitchen with dining area, stove with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer combination, tiled stove, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster.
Utility room with washer and dryer.
3 bedrooms in total: 1 bedroom with double bed (160 * 200 cm), 1 bedroom / children's room with 2 single beds, 1 small bedroom / children's room with 1 single bed.
Living room with couch furniture and flat-screen satellite TV.
Accessible, new shower room with spacious, walk-in shower.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
I live in the house across the street and am happy to help with questions, problems, etc.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFO
Towels and bed linen are included in the price.
Only neutered male or female dogs are allowed in the apartment, because I have an intact male myself.
An additional sleeping facility can be provided for an extra charge of 10 euros per night.

Schöne helle und große Ferienwohnung, alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern und Naturliebhaber. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig, hinterm Deich, von dem man den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder aber dann viel länger!!!

Wir waren zu fünft (3 Kinder: 4,10,12) & Hund. Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet, in der Küche hat man alles was man nur zu Hause erwartet. Außerdem gab es WLAN. Vor dem Haus ein Tisch mit Stühlen ( ideal fürs Frühstück) hinter dem Haus noch mal eine Terrasse sogar mit Grill. Und der riesige Garten im Allgemeinen top für die Kinder zum Spielen, Frisbee 🥏 und Fußball ⚽️ kicken. Das ganze war auch herrlich abgelegen , man hatte ganz seine Ruhe.

Die Unterkunft ist ideal für Jung und Junggebliebene. Alle Zimmer sind ebenerdig, das Bad ist barrierefrei und seniorengerecht. Der große Garten ist richtig toll.
Die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sind genau das Richtige für alle, die genau das suchen.
