Logement très calme. On y dort sereinement. Conforme aux photos. Bien équipé et bien placé, à proximité immédiate des sentiers pour se rendre au lac pavin, dans la vallée de chaudefour et vers le massif du Sancy. Il est également assez proche du centre-ville et des commodités. Propriétaire aux petits soins, arrangeante en cas de problème.
