Here you will find the comfort of a complete apartment in all its parts, in a quiet and private condominium from which you can be on the slopes of Bardonecchia in just 10 minutes by car, or in just 15 minutes in San Sicario to access the Via area Milky way from which to go as far as Sestriere. And if Italy is not enough for you, just 20 minutes away you can be on the Montgenevre slopes. But not only skiing, Betulle 16 is also ideal for out-of-town trips even in non-winter periods when the Val di Susa mountain expresses its best by offering excellent walks and excursions in the surrounding area. You can reach Betulle16 comfortably also by train, the railway station is 200 meters away.

Spent a very pleasant two months in Beaulard. The apartment is big enough to accommodate up to six people (we only had two visitors at one time) in three bedrooms, although the limited hot water supply requires careful management. The kitchen is small but well equipped with adequate storage. The bedrooms are a good size. The master bedroom is pleasant and opens out onto the balcony. The neighbourhood and the building itself is quiet and car parking is very convenient right outside. There are some friendly and welcoming restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet Roberto, but he was very quick to respond to any questions or issues we had.
