High attention to detail in terms of comfort and practical necessities. It's a small cottage but not cramped. Lots of natural light, underfloor heating and engineered oak flooring throughout. Coupled with high quality shower and hand wash, shampoo and conditioner, even a box of tissues and toilet paper are at the luxury end. No cheap items here. Outdoor space is superb for secure parking and patio space plus a huge grass area for kids to run free safely. Watch the birds in the spinney from the patio, catch sight of a deer in a nearby field, revel in the peace.
There is nothing we didn't like about this cottage. A couple of things which the owners nor indeed any of the locals can do anything about but are temporary annoyances are the Approach road is in bad condition but this is true of nearly all the local roads due to Northamptonshire Council neglect. We were warned by the owners to drive slowly, good advice. and HS2 works in this area are impacting on the local road network accessibility with some diversions in place. Not a big deal and wouldn't deter us from booking to stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay- the cottage was immaculate, really friendly and helpful owner. The added extras like milk in the fridge and mince pies were such a nice touch. The cottage had such a cosy feel to it. We will definitely stay again

The location was lovely followed by a really friendly host. The addition with the Christmas tree also made it feel very cosy and home like.
