Tolle Raumaufteilung. Ein Schlafzimmer mit direktem Zugang zu einem der zwei Bäder. Einmaliger Ausblick und viel Platz und Stauraum. Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Gute Bus- und Zugverbindung nach La Spezia und Pisa. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Porto Venere mit dem Boot ist unbedingt empfehlenswert!
Zufahrt extrem eng! Zum Teil durch parkende Autos zum Eingangstor nur 230cm Platz! Geschirr sehr billig! Teilweise bei Ankunft Tassen mit abgebrochenem Griff. Fernbedienung für Klimaanlage leer. Poolumgebung ungepflegt. Nur 2 Liegestühle zu wenig für 4 Appartments. Circa 20 Minuten Fußweg nach Lerici. Steiler Weg. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in La Serra.
