Old small stable of 45 m2 completely renovated, located in the old center of the village of Tavernes, in the heart of green Provence and not far from the low gorges of Verdon (Lac de Quinson). Close to all amenities & parking with video surveillance.
It consists of a bedroom and bathroom & wc on the ground floor, a kitchen / living room & dining room on the 1st floor and a beautiful attic bedroom on the mezzanine. It is fully equipped, Satellite Tv, Wifi, washing machine and dryer, etc ...
The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and also from the hallway.
Full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor, fridge, filter coffee machine and capsules.
Fans at your disposal if needed.
Another house with a capacity of 4 people at 100 meters is also available for seasonal rental.

Les propriétaires sont adorables et bienveillants. Très réactif au moindre problème ( wifi et manque de serviettes et draps).
Le logement est très très bien situé à proximité de toute commodité . Un restaurant à 2 min à pied l'escale tavernaise où on y mange super bien avec un propriétaire adorable.
L'appartement est joliment décoré avec beaucoup de goût.
Les points négatifs : l'isolation sonore des étages et des parois (sdb/chambre où le passage au WC n'est pas en toute discrétion pour ceux qui dorment en bas ), les escaliers en bois très bruyant surtout en pleine nuit quand une personne descend de la mezzanine pour aller au WC qui à 2etages plus bas.
Nous n'avons pas trouvé non plus normal qu il nous est demandé d'enlever les draps des lits nous même et de les mettre dans la corbeille ainsi que les serviettes/torchons alors que nous avons payé 50€ de frais de ménage.
À part ça Cyril et Coralie sont adorables et recommandons le logement

Bonne loc ,besoin de fraîcheur, car tombé en pleine canicule. Calme . Un peu loin des gorges du verdon mais ça se fait.
