About this house rental
The first advantage is that the environment is very quiet and often you are alone in the pool and in the garden because in total, our guests can be a maximum of 7.
An excellent base for excursions to nearby archaeological site of Vulci, Tuscania and Tarquinia, from the sea of the Argentario, the Terme di Saturnia and Viterbo, Bolsena Lake, etc.. without excluding the ease of getting to Rome by train, you will arrive in 1h30m under the Colosseum.
Ideal for doing nothing, sunbathe and swim in the pool. The area is very quiet with no passing cars.
Large spaces inside the home, very bright, option to eat outdoors in the garden or on the terrace.
lI place is breezy and scenic
A farm house, situated on a hillock of the Maremma in the Latium, in surrounding there is a beautiful garden with swimming pool, and over the garden there are only the corn fields, lambs and at last the sea.
The “Podere Giuliano” can offer it as well as a absolute quiet.
The apartment takes up the entire first floor of home, the living room is spacious and bright and continues with the kitchen, besides there are two bedrooms and the bathroom with shower.
The entrance is independent, from external old stair of “piperino” marble.
The garden offer the chance to eat outdoors, to sunbathe on the deckchair, or swim in the swimming pool.

Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit . Leider keine Klimaanlage vorhanden . Pool super. Ausstattung Haus sehr gut.

Liebe Maurizia,
vielen Dank das wir bei euch eine Woche unseres Urlaubs verbringen durften. Die Wohnung ist für eine Familie angenehm groß und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Eure Herzlichkeit und die tollen Tips haben aber alles übertroffen. Auch haben wir eure Tiere und die Nachbarskatze ins Herz geschlossen. Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig und nichts stört die Ruhe. Der Garten ist gepflegt und der Pool war super. Wir haben während unserer Zeit hier auch Rom besucht. Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 1,5 h, aber man kann Rom auch mit dem Zug erreichen. Alles in allem war es eine super Woche, vielen Dank dafür.
