About this villa rental
3-night stay over Whitsun weekend: €1,000 all-inclusive.
- 3-star Provençal villa with all mod cons in the Gulf of St. Tropez, air-conditioned on a fully enclosed, flat, and wooded plot, comprising 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 5 toilets, and an open-plan kitchen.
- On the enclosed courtyard side, parking for 3 cars, a boules court, and a ping-pong table under a pergola.
- South-facing heated swimming pool (10m x 5m) from Easter to All Saints' Day, secured by a roller shutter and safety barrier, treated with a salt chlorinator, professionally maintained, lit by colored LEDs, surrounded by 50 m² decks with sun loungers, an outdoor shower and toilet, a 30 m² terrace with garden furniture under an awning and a summer lounge under a pergola, and a pool house housing a summer kitchen (large cooling capacity, barbecue, and plancha).
- Practical information: direct access to the sea (350 m) via a private road, close to a sailing school and port, supermarket (500 m), spa (800 m), car-free vacation options, bus station line 7601 to St Tropez and St Raphaël (300 m). Green shuttles at the port of Les Issambres (400 m) connect Ste Maxime, St Tropez, and St Raphaël.
- Out of respect for the neighborhood and our experience, we regret that we cannot accommodate any gatherings for festive purposes. (Maximum capacity 10 people)

We had a fantastic stay! We were a family of 6 adults aged between 21 and 74. The biggest advantage of the house is the large separate rooms, almost all with their own bathroom. The outdoor area with the pool is absolutely lovely – sunshine all day! The location is excellent, with just a 5-minute walk to the beach via a convenient staircase and 5 minutes to the supermarket. Corinne, whom we’ve been in contact with, is very helpful and friendly.All in all, we all agree that this is one of the best stays we've ever had!

The villa is well-appointed, conveniently situated and well equipped for a large family group like ours. It’s in a superb location and a fine environment with sea and picturesque sites to visit close by.

The architecture of the house is beautiful typical Provence style. The kitchen was well equipped. The living room/dinning room area is small and cramped the table is large the sofa only accommodates 3 people comfortably so not adequate for a house that sleeps 10.
The outdoor sitting area is very comfortable and shaded there is a big table outside for outdoor meals nice kitchen as well. The pool is very clean a bit cool, surrounded by nice comfortable lounge chairs. The yard is a bit over grown needs a bit of TLC.
It is a nice area but with a bit of road noise, 10 mn walk to large grocery store 25mn to other shops, a good bakery and a market on Monday.
