About this house rental
This comfortable and welcoming two-story house recently restored, lies in a panoramic position in the central part of Positano at less than ten-minute walk to its pedestrian zones.
On the first floor there's only a single bedroom with a bath. The second floor features a double bedroom, another bath, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a nice shaded terrace with amazing view on the village and its sea. A nice earthenware tiled stair connects the two floors.
The house can accommodate up to four people and it is ideal for a couple or a small family. The position is very quiet and convenient to live Positano. There're 81 stairs to climb up to reach the villa from the main street level.
One or two services are included in the rates. Additional cleanings and linen / changes can be arranged for a fee. Food shopping service is available at a fee. Final cleanings of 80E and tourist tax of 1,5E per day per person to be paid at arrival.

This is a lovely apartment with a beautiful view and a modest deck to relax on with wine and snacks. Francesco was a great help making us feel welcome, arranging porters to carry our luggage up the 85 steps - about €15 per pice of luggage - and recommending restaurants. Il Fornillo was our favorite dinner spot, and for breakfast and lunch Posides Cafe is a treasure. Fornillo Beach, many, many steps below, is a treat for the crowd-averse, unlike the overrun Positano Spiaggia. Young or old, prepare your legs for a workout in this città verticale.

We really enjoyed our stay in Positano. It's an amazing town with spectacular views. The apartment was clean and nicely located. The the kitchen was cute and efficient even it was small. There was something like 80+ stairs up to the apartment, then another two levels of stairs once you're inside to reach the main level. This is not uncommon for an apartment in Positano and we knew it in advance, so we made the most of it. Be ready to climb stairs all around the town.

The unit was clean but the amenities were few. Friends of ours stayed at a different VRBO in Positano and were provided with coffee, tea, and orange juice. We had none of these things and had to go to the grocery store that night so that we could have coffee in the morning. The only paper products in the unit were 3 rolls of toilet paper. No paper towels, no Kleenex. No dish detergent. The property manager, Francesco, was very good and very attentive. He promptly answered our calls. He arranged transportation for us as well as a private boat excursion.

Francesco was so friendly and was very helpful with everything. The property kept us very fit as Positano is a vertical town.
It was very comfortable for three of us with a nice view of the town and coast.
