Villa de Alevtina is just 200 meters from the beach in a quiet residential area in the Almadrava district in Els Poblets.
The house spoils with a 1250sqm, beautifully landscaped garden, with sitting areas, terraces, large palm trees, and many Mediterranean plants and is surrounded by an evergreen hedge that ensures privacy. The 10x5 meter pool can be heated on request and offers plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. In a 2x2 meter baby pool, even smaller children can splash around safely. A little apart, you can relax in the covered jacuzzi or recharge your batteries in the sauna. You can easily park your car in front of the house, there are 2 covered parking spaces reserved for you.
The villa was recently completely renovated and has a total of 4 bedrooms, each with a shower room, so it can accommodate up to 8 people. 2 living rooms, a cozy dining area, a 70 sqm covered terrace with BBQ, which can also be closed if necessary, offer enough retreat options for a larger group or family for a relaxing, relaxing holiday. The Villa Alevtina has been equipped to a high standard, has air conditioning and gas central heating in all bedrooms, and a fireplace in the living room, which spreads cozy warmth in winter, and is therefore ideally equipped for the winter. The kitchen fully equipped with washer dryer, coffee machine, microwave, large fridge, oven, etc. leaves nothing to be desired.
The free internet connection is included in the rental price.
We only charge you the final cleaning costs separately with 250, - € once and for environmental reasons we use energy consciously for energy and charge 0.25 € per kilowatt hour based on actual consumption. The cost of gas used will be charged at € 18 per 20 kg bottle. Linen package 15, - € once per person. Water consumption and the cost of garden and pool maintenance are included in the price. A € 300 one-time deposit is payable in cash to our caretaker on arrival, who will keep this amount until her departure. On the day of moving out, the deposit will be repaid after visual inspection in the rental property, minus the costs for electricity and gas, if you hand over the house without damage.

Stayed with my wife and some friends. The villa is well equipped, very comfortable and the outside space is beautiful, with a large swimming pool. The whole property was clean and the property manager Sabine was very responsive to a couple of queries we had during our stay. The location, set back from the main road, was peaceful and private. Mi Casa Tu Casa is a great restaurant for local Spanish cuisine just across the road and there are many more options within walking distance/short drive to Denia. Be aware that the "double futon" is not a self-contained bedroom but in the living space leading to the master bedroom and is accessed by a spiral staircase. It worked fine for our party but may not suit everyone.

Fab house. Lovely pool. Area quite low key but still lovely “urban” beach. Defo 4 double bedroom - 5 th room with sofa bed not self contained. Host and housekeeper very responsive with communication.
