GREEN Apartment (35 sqm): ideal for 2 people, on the ground floor, consisting of a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, a small living room with equipped kitchen and a private and exclusive outdoor space with table and chairs.
The main peculiarity of this house is the room, characterized by a vaulted ceiling with ancient bricks and original stone walls, which make it particularly intimate, suggestive and romantic.
The room also offers the possibility to comfortably accommodate a child (0-3 years) by adding a camping cot.
The apartment has been designed to be a very cool environment in summer, without the need for air conditioning, and warm in winter, thanks to the natural insulation due to the thick stone walls of the former watchtower on which it rests.

Lovely views from this charming & historic place, located a short drive from the historic city. This is a small unit with bedroom and kitchenette. No living room or indoor sitting. Outdoor patio is on the common driveway. Next door’s patio is very close to the bedroom window if left open for ventilation. Overall nice.
