About this cottage rental
Quiet cottage with shared pool, for leisure and relaxation holidays, near Tours and the Loire Valley castles. Ground floor: living room (sofa, etc.) communicating with fully equipped kitchen, 1st bedroom (double bed), shower room with separate toilet. Upstairs: 1st bedroom (2 single beds that can be twinned into a single bed + shower room + toilet), 3rd bedroom (2 single beds that can be twinned into a single bed). WIFI. Electric heating extra (€12/day). Private, unfenced, wooded garden of 2000 m², all on a 10-hectare property shared with the owners. Lockable bicycle shelter. Specific cleaning deposit (€50). POOL OPEN: 14/05 to 17/09. Babysitting available from the owners' daughter. With a heated swimming pool at your disposal, this cottage is a true haven of peace on a 10-hectare wooded property. Nature and tranquility, pleasure and well-being, history and culture will be the key words of your stay at La Jacqueminière. You'll enjoy the pool to refresh yourself on sunny days, and you'll enjoy peaceful strolls along the private trails of this vast property. You'll be right at the gateway to Tours, in the heart of the riches of our beautiful Touraine region and the greatest names that have made the Loire Valley famous. Starting with the châteaux, including Azay-le-Rideau, Langeais, Villandry, and Rigny-Ussé, Amboise, and Chenonceau, are the flagships of the nearby area. As for the renowned Touraine vineyards, which are among the finest Loire Valley wines, they're not far away: Chinon, Bourgueil, and St. Nicolas to the west, Montlouis and Vouvray to the east.
