La propriétaire est très accueillante et au petit soin pour les hôtes. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Une place de parking est possible, ce qui est appréciable dans Dijon. Un accès à la cuisine est appréciable si l'on veut manger sur place.
Lieu un peu bruyant, du fait du Tram.
